体会:周末经历了太多,只能说是状态一般吧。

引体向上:第五式7+5.5+4

体会:第二组开始上升了,虽然有点勉强,以至于第三组做得极其吃力,并且结束后背上的肌肉肌腱都有疼痛感。不过势头还是相当不错的啊。

举腿:第二式2X20}第三式30+30+22

体会:举腿的势头也不错,没怎么受到一天奔波的影响。

体会:整个周末都睡得不错,这就看出休息的重要性来了。问题是这个势头能否保持?姑且拭目以待。

引体向上:第五式6.9+4.5+4

体会:第一组最后一个没上去,第二组最后一个蹬腿了。加起来掉了不到一个的样子。还算是比较常见的起伏吧。

体会:举腿也还是在挣扎中,起伏不定,非常闹心。

体会:第二组略有回升,但仍然处在总数45之下。感觉停在这个地方已经好久了啊,不知道什么时候能够稳定地突破总数45这个关口。

体会:第一组回到7个,说明这个数量是可以站稳的。以后就得以此为基准来进行计数了。

举腿:第二式2X20}第三式30+28+19

体会:举腿也出现了倒退,这也算是意料之中。体能消耗的影响是全方位的。
